Ever since he was eight-years-old, Wil Dort has been cutting hair. Learning from his uncles and practicing on other kids, he was always fascinated by the ability to turn hair into something beautiful. After coming to the United States from Haiti in 1997, Dort continued to cut hair, learning how to transition from scissors to clippers and improving himself all along the way.
